This is My First Time Shopping Online. Can You Walk Me Through It?
It is really not too hard. Ordering in our store is a simple five step process. Remember your order is not final unless you complete ALL five steps.

Step 1 (Shopping): Click on the item you would like to order. If the item comes in more than one color, you will need to select the color from the drop down menu. Simply type in the quantity you want and click "add to cart" to add the items to your cart.

Step 2 (Your Cart): You are now in your cart. From here, you can continue shopping, or click "check out" to begin the process of finalizing your order. You can return to your cart at any time by clicking the "View Cart" button which is always available in the upper right hand corner of the page.

Step 3 (Checkout Page 1): You will now be asked to enter your billing and shipping address. If they are the same you will only have to input the information once. Click "Continue" when you are finished.

Step 4 (Checkout Page 2): You will now be asked to select a shipping method from the drop down menu. You must also select what type of card you will be paying with from the second menu. Click "Continue" when you are finished.

Step 5 (Checkout Page 3): This is the last step of the process. Review your order and make sure it is correct as your card will be charged after this step You will now be asked to enter the name on your card along with the number and expiration date. Click "Continue" when you are finished. If your order was succesful, you will see a confirmation page and you will also receive a confirmation email. You can print the confirmation page for your records.

Can I get a sample of an item that I am considering?
Yes, simply email us at support@herbabyshower.com and we will ship the sample(s) within 2-3 days. Of course, you will have to cover the cost of the sample and shipping. Alternatively, you can always order a sample online through our store.

Do you give volume discounts on favors or supplies?
Our prices our marked specifically for quantity orders and we offer no further discounts.

Do you have a catalog?
No, we do not have a printed catalog. However, we do have our entire stock shown on our website.

Why are your prices so low?
We use the some of the same products as our competitors but we buy and sell in quantity and pass the savings on to our customers. We do our best to bring you the best quality at the most affordable prices that we can.

Is my credit card secure when I place an order?
Absolutely, all data entered into our site is encrypted by Thawte Secure Servers. We offer 128 bit encryption, the most secure encryption commercially available.
