How long does it take for an order to leave your warehouse?
All orders, with the exception of hand finished favors, are shipped within 2 business days if the items are in stock. In most cases, orders leave our warehouse the next business day. Hand finished favors require 3-5 days of assembly prior to shipping. Please email us if you would like to know if something is in stock at the time of ordering . How long does the actual UPS shipping take?
All orders are shipped from California and depending on your location and the selection of shipping service it takes 1-7 business days. We offer UPS Ground, Second Day, and Next Day Air service. A description of each method follows:

UPS Ground
Our least expensive shipping method, UPS Ground will typically deliver in 5-7 business days.

UPS Second Day Air
UPS Second Day Air means that your order will reach you two business days after it is shipped.

UPS Next Day Air
If you are in a hurry, UPS Next Day Air will insure that your order reaches you the day after it leaves our warehouse..

What are the shipping charges?
Herbabyshower.com ships via UPS Ground, Second Day, and Next Day air unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and will be calculated on the second to last step of the checkout process, right before you input your credit card information.

Do I get a tracking number when my order is shipped?
Yes, once your order ships, we will email you with a confirmation and a tracking number.

Do you ship to PO boxes?
No, we require that someone be present to sign for the package and as such we cannot ship to PO boxes.
