How long does it take for an order to leave your warehouse?
All orders, with the exception of hand finished favors, are shipped within 5-7 business days if the items are in stock. In most cases, orders leave our warehouse the next business day. Personalized favors require 5 business days of assembly prior to shipping. Please email us if you would like to know if something is in stock at the time of ordering. If you need a RUSH order it is not a problem, please email us at: support@herbabyshower.com so that we can explain your rush options.

How long does the actual UPS shipping take?
Most orders are shipped from California and depending on your location and the selection of shipping service it takes 1-7 business days. We offer UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air service. Please note that choosing next day, 2nd day or 3 day shipping DOES NOT mean that you will recieve your order faster. Our processing time is still 5 business days before shipping unless you pay for rush. A description of each method follows:

UPS Ground
Our least expensive shipping method, UPS Ground will typically deliver in 5-7 business days. (excludes processing time)

UPS Second Day Air
UPS Second Day Air means that your order will reach you two business days after it is shipped (excludes processing time)

UPS Next Day Air
If you are in a hurry, UPS Next Day Air will insure that your order reaches you the day after it leaves our warehouse.(excludes processing time)

What are the shipping charges?
Herbabyshower.com usually ships via UPS Ground, Second Day, and Next Day air unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and where it is shipping from and will be calculated on the second to last step of the checkout process, right before you input your credit card information. Please note that our website only calculates California shipping rates and we do ship from different manufacturers all across the U.S. Therefore, EXPEDITED SHIPPING rates will vary in price and will be REVISED once the order is placed. We will email our customers confirming the shipping rate before processing the order.

Do I get a tracking number when my order is shipped?
Yes, once your order ships, we will email you with a confirmation and a tracking number.

Do you ship to PO boxes?
No, we require that someone be present to sign for the package and as such we cannot ship to PO boxes.
